Our warranty duration (maximum 10-years depending on product type) refers to the ‘Service Warranty,' which includes a free visit from a Kerovit service technician. Consumable spare parts are not covered by this guarantee and will have to be paid for separately. Please be aware that any physical damage resulting from improper installation or mishandling of the goods is not covered by the warranty.

All warranty claims or requests must be accompanied by evidence of purchase (original sales invoice). If no evidence of purchase is given during the technician's visit, visit costs will be applied.

To minimise mistakes on the job, it is strongly advised to obtain installation instructions after purchasing any product. In the event that a client wants plumbing/installation recommendations or a product demonstration, Kerovit or its authorized service franchisee/representative will give three complimentary technical visits at the customer's location only for the purpose of advising the technician. The total number of complimentary visits shall be limited to three, regardless of the amount of Kerovit products purchased by the customer. Any trips beyond the three complimentary visits will be subject to a visit charge, Kerovit or its authorized service franchisee/representative and must be paid by the customer.

Don't be concerned! Our service professional will come to your location and do the necessary repairs/replacement of spare parts. However, there will be a modest site-visit fee of Rs. 350. Spare component replacements will also be chargeable, and replacements must be approved by the customer before they are made.

Our products go through a number of quality control processes to guarantee that they reach our dealers in best condition. However, if a consumer discovers a problem in the product, it should be notified to us before installation. After installation, we will not be able to issue free replacements or repair claims.
