To minimise mistakes on the job, it is strongly advised to obtain installation instructions after purchasing any product. In the event that a client wants plumbing/installation recommendations or a product demonstration, Kerovit or its authorized service franchisee/representative will give three complimentary technical visits at the customer's location only for the purpose of advising the technician. The total number of complimentary visits shall be limited to three, regardless of the amount of Kerovit products purchased by the customer.
Any trips beyond the three complimentary visits will be subject to a visit charge, Kerovit or its authorized service franchisee/representative and must be paid by the customer.
